2018-10-14T17:20:47+00:00 Thanks for your support. I think i need to sue both Microsoft and Dell in India, without user's consent how they are using encryption on users personal data. Soon will send them the legal notice.

BitLocker recovery keys
You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys uploaded to your Microsoft account.
Note: If someone else helped you set up your PC, the BitLocker keys you're looking for might be on their account.
This is the msg in my linked account.

2018-10-13T16:45:57+00:00 Sorry to say there is no way to bypass an encrypted hard drive for security reasons.
You will need to wipe the drive and reinstall Windows losing all apps and data, again sorry.
However, if you logged into that PC using your Microsoft account check your MS account to see if the bitlocker key is in there.
To do this go to https://accounts.microsoft.com
Go to device and find your dell and click on that you will see an option for bitlocker recovery key.
