Windows Update Error 0x800f0805

Hello,

I keep having this same issue when I try to update Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-base systems (KB4464217).

I feel like I have tried everything and nothings seems to work. It just says recover from previous update when i try to install update with the windows update tool.

Please help.

    Hi,

    The last way to fix the “0x800f0805 ” update error is to manually download the update from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Since the error with this code appears mainly on cumulative updates, you should be able to manually download and install the update. ... You just need to download and install the missing update.

    1. Start your computer and log on as an administrator.
    2. Click the Start button then select All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then click System Restore.
    3. In the new window, select "Restore my computer to an earlier time" option and then click Next.
    4. Select the most recent system restore point from the "On this list, click a restore point" list, and then click Next.
    5. Click Next on the confirmation window.
    6. Restarts the computer when the restoration is finished.
