Secure boot violation

What happened? Clicked "update and shut down" The next day turned on the computer to see only this:

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Windows update

    Hi Price

    If you are unable to get into your PC, please try this

    Start up your PC, boor into BIOS - usually you can do that by pressing F2, F12 or Del repeatedly on the manufacturers logo screen

    In BIOS, temporarily disable Secure Boot, save that and restart your PC

    Does your PC boot into Windows?
