Touch screen unresponsive - 12C HID driver error- Code 10

Hello,

I believe my touch screen has been rendered unresponsive due to an error in the 12C HID drivers. I  have gone through all the traditional trouble shooting processes such has uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, searching for driver updates, and setting BIOS to default. The actual trouble shooting search engine retrieves no results or solutions. Could someone please provide any support for this solution?

I have a Lenovo Ideapad 910 13 ikb glass with windows 10.
