Windows cannot find application. Steam Problem

Hi,

I'm struggling to launch the FSX app from either Steam or via the .exe. I think the problem has to do with windows rather than steam, as I have tried obvious solutions such as reinstall, clear apcache, verifying local files etc. 

This is the only file I know of that has this problem.

Any help is appreciated,

    Hi Johnny,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forum.

    I suggest you to follow the steps listed in troubleshoot file access errors and check if it works.

    You may also go through the suggestions given by RobHCom in fsx for Windows 10 dated August 17, 2015.
