Windows 10 LTSB - Patch path

Does anyone know the correct path to Patch Windows 10 2016 LTSB?

I am building a Hyper-V Windows 10 2016 LTSB x64 Base image for our deployment system, which we'll later add our POS system software.

However, I am having issues with patching it to the latest update. The latest patch I can apply is 5/17/2018 14393.2273 I can't go further than that. Any patch after kept saying something like "This update is not applicable to your computer"

After downloading the initial ISO off our MS Corporate account and install the O/S, the initial version is 14393.0

As you can see from below link, the 2016 LTSB (version 1607), have roughly about 50 patches, between 14393.0 and latest version 14393.2551

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/itpro/windows-10/release-information

Initially I thought I could could just download Aug 2018 or Sep 2018 update and apply it and it should be up to date.

How wrong I was, any update I picked, kept saying "This update is not applicable to your computer".

Aug 2018, failed. Jan 2018, failed. June 2017, failed. Jan 2017, failed.

The first patch I could apply was Oct 2016.

It took me a long time to work out the correct successful patch path to get it to May 2018 update.

  • Apply  14393.351   10/27/2016 CB • LTSB KB 3197954
  • Apply  14393.447   11/8/2016 CBB • CB • LTSB KB 3200970
  • Apply  14393.2035 1/17/2018 CBB • CB • LTSB KB 4057142
  • Apply  14393.2156 3/29/2018 CBB • CB • LTSB KB 4096309
  • Apply  14393.2214 4/17/2018 CBB • CB • LTSB KB 4093120
  • Apply  14393.2273 5/17/2018 CBB • CB • LTSB KB 4103720

Currently I am at patch 14393.2273

The next patch is 14393.2312 which is 6/12/2018 update, however, it would not let me apply it no matter how many times I tried.

Does anyone else have similar experience?

I am now stuck at May 2018 update and do not really know where to go from here.

Thanks.
