    Hi Chezrouge

It depends on which version of that game you are playing, please try this:

In Windows File Explorer, on the View Tab, temporarily turn on 'Hidden Items'

Navigate to this folder, if it exists (replace UserName

    C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft Games\Solitaire

Hello. I'm Rey, a Community Expert willing to help the users.

Please open the File Explorer and go to:

    C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\UserData

If you are a guest, please go to Guest\Statistic

And the same way if you have a Microsoft account.

    Than delete "Statistic.ark".

Now you can notice that game statistics have returned as they were.

    Best Regards

I searched for this file:  C:\Users\Norine\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\UserData

My computer asked me how I wanted to open the "Statistics" file.  I went to the store and located the Solitare Program I had been using.  Underneath the game, the store said,"installed".  I then had the accurate name for the game and used Cortana to find it.  Microsoft Solitaire Collection.  My statistics were intact.  I am winning 87%.

    Hi,

Following up on from your answer and my first attempt to fix it I did a bit more investigation and found that if I delted "statistic.sgi" from

    C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\savegame\Guest\statistic

that my statistics went back to zeror. That is fine but it would be really good if there was a way to zero each game individually (e.g. just Spider).

    Thanks

    Hi

Thanks for the reply but this did not work. The statistics are still showing when I re-start Solitaire.
