Windows Server 2019: Cannot Display Users list at Login Screen

Aaradhya Chauhan 111 Reputation points

Recently, I installed some roles and features like RDS and NPAS on my server, only to see that when I logged out, I wasn't able to see the user list on the login screen anymore. I tried everything from GPO settings to registry, seeing different solutions, but none of them are working. I need the users list at the login screen for the ease of use. Please help me with this.

Thank you for posting your query. According to your description, here are some suggestions.

type lusrmgr.msc in the search box -> users / press Windows Key + X -> Computer Management -> Local Users and Groups -> Users
If you find an arrow mark facing towards down with that user account then, those user accounts are disabled. You may have to enable those accounts manually.
choose one use and right click to choose Properties
on the General tab, remove the check mark of Account is disabled and apply
