Hi, I recently purchased an Xbox game pass free trial (Because I wanted to trial out Forza and Sea Thieves before committing to purchase) Everything was all good and well until yesterday when none of my games would launch, I can't even connect to Game Pass via My Library and I'm being told I can't launch these games.
Having restarted, allowed windows updates and done WSreset, I'm at a loss at anything else I can do. Could someone advise. (Other than waiting as I feel the 36 hours I've waited since first error to creating a thread would've been ample time to sort out itself)

User profile cannot be loaded.
What account are you using in Windows? Perhaps it needs to be the same as your Xbox one?
