Activate Windows - keeps recurring

Question

Over the past few months I keep getting Activate Windows showing up on my desktop.  I found out online to click Troubleshoot to fix the error.  Each time Troubleshoot seems to solve the problem, but recently Activate Windows is recurring pretty much every day.  How can I permanently fix this problem?

Please, show activation page - Settings, Updates, Activation.

Please run a command DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (it may take few minutes).

for correct diagnosing of your problem please show the Activation page in Settings and the result of slmgr /dlv command.

To better diagnose the issue,

Right click Start>Command Prompt-Admin and type in the following command:

slmgr.vbs /dlv

You will get a window, take a screenshot using snipping tool and paste it it next reply.
