Hi,

i recently made a clean format and install windows 10 on my computer. After some time of working (like 10days) i got this error an then blue screen thats says CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED to 100% and the pc never starts again, stays there. After hitting the power button and start the pc all over again, i start open my programs, not something crazy and powerful, just a browser, them boom after 10-15 mins same thing...

Can please someone tell me whats the problem? maybe the grafics card crashes? because it says Nvidia web helper.exe...

Thank you for your time

To know what exactly is causing the crashes, I need to analyze minidumps generated by crashes with WinDBG. WinDBG is the only tool which can do end to end complete analysis of ..dmp files generated by BSOD (Blue screen of death).

    Go to C:\Windows\Minidump

Zip the contents of the folder corresponding to date and time of your crashes.

Upload the content to Onedrive or any other file sharing site for me to locate the problem

If you need help to generate Minidump - http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

    Hi Γεώργιος

This does all point to your Nvidia graphics card device driver and associated software, certainly that error dialog is caused by the Nvidia update service

You should go to the support page for you PC on the manufacturers website and download the correct Nvidia package form the Video drivers section

Then uninstall all Nvidia software on your PC form Control Panel - Programs and Features

Finally install the driver software you just downloaded . ..

    Hi Γεώργιος

Windows update is constantly updating your system, including device drivers in the background

While you initially installed a full set of compatible drivers, Windows update has more than likely installed a newer version in the meantime . .
