The new 3rd gen intel core processors(ivybridge) support ddr3l.
So maybe incompatible? If so, get standard DDR3 SD RAM.

My laptop model is Sony Vaio VPCEA25FN, Window 10 64 bit. When I bought it have 2 X 2GB Ram. To upgrade my RAM today I bought 2 Crucial 4GB RAM (my laptop Motherboard support up-to 8GB) CT51264BF160B 1600MHz DDR3L 204-Pin and it's perfectly fit into my laptop RAM slot. But when I replaced with the new RAM my laptop doesn't work. It boot-up automatically frequently and It says "kernel security check failure" and doesn't start at all.
please help me how to solve my problem.

Thank you for your suggestion.
I'll go to the servicing center to check, whether the RAM is a defect or not.
Hi,
Fitting perfectly doesn't mean the RAM would work. did you check the compatibility on the device website?
Another thing I can infer is the RAM might be defective- In that case, go to the shop where you bought it and ask them to put it for you.
I checked my current old RAM configuration using CPU-Z application. The new RAM configuration is 1600MHz DDR3L 204-Pin. I checked the compatibility and buy the RAM through this website: https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/Sony/vaio-vpcea25fn#MEMORYFilters
and it shows Crucial 4GB RAM CT51264BF160B 1600MHz DDR3L 204-Pin is compatible with my model.

Hi Yanglem, thanks for your question. I'm Graeme, a fellow Microsoft user.
If your laptop isn't booting after a change of RAM, it's quite possible one or both of the RAM sticks is faulty.
I'd recommend first trying to boot up with only one RAM stick, and if that doesn't work try the other. That way you'll know if it's just one or both of the sticks at fault.
If it still doesn't boot up, I'd take the RAM back to the place you purchased it from and ask for an exchange. It's most likely the RAM sticks are faulty and need to be replaced.
Hopefully this helps! Please let me know if you need further support. Thanks!
