Hi, I keep getting following error while try to get the Free Subscription. I tried many credit cards and new email address , even work email but it never work. Tried from Chrome Ingnito Mode and tried from Edge Browser , Mozilla as well but no luck. You're not eligible for an Azure free account.

I have created new account with Azure , i am getting You're not eligible for an Azure free account , I am looking for Free account with Azure , how to resolved.
