DLNA client support gone

Any idea why support to view a dlna server in file explorer is gone? I was able to view my Serviio media server before, but it is completely missing. any ideas on how to re-enable functionality? i have restarted/ troubleshooted both machines many times.

    Well is this a Home Network. Because that DLNA is useless really.

    This should help you. Now if this is just sharing media files to Network PC's, then try this.

    You can turn on media streaming option, but it is actually useless too.

    But the issue is network settings or most likely the v1803 connection issues between PC's.
