    Hi jooshsz

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair

See if Windows startup can repair itself

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore

Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to

    Hello,

    Try booting into Safe Mode:

This will allow you to login as built-in administrator, then you can troubleshoot your keyboard.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello jooshsz

Try to make the following these steps

Try alt+ctrl+del during the initial sign on, it opens the keyboard

If that not works, make sure your keyboard is working...

If you are using a USB keyboard, you may connect it to different USB port and check.

If nothing of these tips works is possible the Windows OS has the issue. Just make sure update your Windows and re-install

    Hello.

Try to use another keyboard and check entering password option.

Other option would be to use virtual keyboard.

    Restart the device few times.

Restart the device in Safe mode (https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/12376/...)

    In safe mode:

    • Run the chkdsk /f command using an elevated PowerShell (Admin) window.
    • Run SFC /scannow using an elevated PowerShell (Admin) window.

Let me know how it goes

    Hi jooshsz

Power on and off your computer three times

    How do you do that?

Power on, when you see the Windows Logo - power off

Power on, when you see the Windows Logo - power off

Power on, it will then your computer will boot into the Advanced Recovery environment

You might be asked to sign in with your Microsoft Account or Local Account password.

    Click Advanced Options

    Click Troubleshoot

    Click Advanced Options

Click System Restore, see if you can go back to an earlier time.

If not, boot into the recovery environment again, then try performing a startup repair.

Perform the startup repair a couple more times.
