    Hi anwwi

Don't bother with sfc - RtlLib.dll is not s system file, that is belonging to a Realtek device driver

Go to the support page for your device on the manufactures website

Check there for a Realtek device driver - usually an Audio or Network device, maybe both

Download and install that Realtek device driver(s), that should resolve this error for you . . .

    Hi.

I recommend using SFC. During the analysis carried out by SFC on the files of the system, it will check the versions of each one of them and in case it finds one that has been overwritten or is damaged, the tool itself will proceed to recover a good version of that file to replace it. It is a tool based on the command prompt that offers several commands to perform these tasks of file analysis and recovery.

Check this link, it is to run (Scannow and Dism) that are used to repair Windows system files.
