When I press the side button of my mouse, all it does is basically render my mouse useless while I press it, my cursor is unable to move, I cannot click, however, when I press left click, it shows all my tab (Including apps), in which I can select which tab to go to by using the arrow buttons on my keyboard (But still renders my cursor useless) How can I get rid of this multitasking system? It is not helpful at all.

I think I either did it wrong, or the system itself is imbedded into my mouse, but thank you.

Hi Sora. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

I recommend X Mouse button control which allows you to reprogram any and all Mouse buttons to do what you want or nothing at all: https://www.highrez.co.uk/downloads/xmousebutto...

    There's a video tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=duKTSAMomo4

Another good app to do this is here: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/control-extra-mo...

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
