The Event Logs show a repetitive AUDIODG.EXE crash but references the faulting module as "Unknown" :

Faulting application name: AUDIODG.EXE, version: 10.0.17763.134, time stamp: 0x1cb1ad5b

Faulting module name: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000

If you could supply the .nfo file I might be able to spot a problematic module:

Windows Key + R > type msinfo32 in the "Open" box > OK > File > Save > then save as an .nfo file

Then make the resulting .nfo file available via a OneDrive.

If you don't want to post the .nfo file on OneDrive you could email me the file. My email address is in my profile.

    Hi,

Can you provide the following information which may help determine any issue(s):

Windows Key + R > type msinfo32 in the "Open" box > OK > File > Save > then save as an .nfo file

Then make the resulting .nfo file available via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

Also, can you do the following:

Windows Key + R > type eventvwr in the "Open" box > OK > expand "Custom Views" and then right-click "Administrative Events" > select "Save all events in Custom View As" and save as an .evtx file

Then make the resulting .evtx file available via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

Here's a link on using OneDrive:

    Hi, I´m Douglas M.

I would like to help you, Considering you still have numerous issues even after a refresh, I'd highly suggest performing a reset:

Step 1: Plug in your Surface so that you don’t run out of power during the refresh.

Step 2: Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and tap Settings.

(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, click Settings.)

Step 3: Tap or click Change PC settings.

Step 4: Tap or click Update and recovery, and then tap or click Recovery.

Step 5: Under Remove everything and reinstall Windows, tap or click Get started.

Step 6: Tap or click Next.

Step 7: Choose either Just remove my files or Fully clean the drive. The option to clean the drive is more secure, but takes much longer. For example, if you are recycling your Surface, you should choose to clean the drive. If you are keeping your Surface, you just need to remove your files.

Step 8: Tap or click Reset.

Surface restarts and the Surface logo displays while the reset process completes (this can take several minutes).

    kinds Regards
