werfault exe application error

this is a very annoying thing to get it just wont disappear ive disabled windows error reports ive tried a few things                                                      the instruction at 0x0000000075C58AA9 REFERENCED MEMORY AT 0x0000000075C58AA9,. THE REQUIRED DATA WAS NOT PLACED INTO MEMORY BECAUSE OF I/O ERROR STATUS OF 0xc000009c  i click on ok to terminate but just keeps on simultaneously popping back up  more or less straight away please help iits stopping me bringing up my AVG tuneup and advanced system care  to scan but does not interfere with my bitdefender im getting desperate now its very frustrating and i cant get rid of it ive put device and drivers as im not sure what the topic is i have even tried system restore but it will not allow or tried with a complete fresh windows but to no avail have not been able to
