Visual Styles error

I am Having a issue with an application continuously giving me this error and i have tried installing and reinstalling but nothing works and I also do have windows insider preview maybe that's the cause but it whenever I go to try and rollback to a previous version of windows it says the option is not available to me because i have updated my pc more than ten days ago is there a workaround this or ?

    If 10 days have passed, then you can't roll back to previous version. Can you try to run your app in clean boot mode and see whether it allows you to run.

    If you want to know if some program is conflicting -

    Boot your computer in Clean boot mode and then start the application. If it works successfully, then some program is conflicting with this.

    Refer to the section - How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot.

    Don't forget to do - Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting.
