Validate MAPS connections failed

When I try to validate MAPS connection I got an error. I'm using latest Windows 10 Enterprise and I configured everything according to Enable cloud-delivered protection. Can anyone help me to fix this?

ValidateMapsConnection

ValidateMapsConnection failed to establish a connection to MAPS (hr=80004005 httpcode=450)
