Hi
I got this error message when I tried to install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 on Windows 7 using the installer that I got from microsoft site.
Currently Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 (4.7.02558) is installed on my PC.
I understand that Windows Installer 5 comes with Windows 7 and I couldn't find its installer to solve the problem by myself.
So, how can I solve this issue?
