Base System Drivers Missing

I know this isn't a new topic, but I know which drivers are missing/corrupt.  I've attached two photos, one shows the IRQ 10's are missing base system drivers and in "Problem Devices" under "Storage", two Base System Devices are identified.

And that's all that I know.  If anyone could help me identify the actual issue, I can try to replace the drivers.  I need someone to walk me through the process as these missing drivers are wreaking havoc on my system. :(

Thanks for any help :)

Lisa

Yeah, I already did that.  Going to Device Manager doesn't do anything.  It has no properties, it only has a very generic name.  No opportunity to update.  You can't update anything if you can't identify what it is.

And, as I indicated, ASUS doesn't have any drivers for this older laptop, so I need to identify what, specifically, the PC needs, i.e., which devices are identified in the PCI/VEN subsystem files using the numbers shown above in "Problem Devices".

I thought I was pretty descriptive about the problem in the post.  Going to Device Manager was the first thing I did yesterday.   Right clicking a missing base system driver makes no sense, it's missing. It won't even show you the device.

    Thanks though,

    Lisa

Better to go into your Device Manager > View tab > Show hidden devices > Now see whether few drivers have exclamation marks against them. If yes, right click on that and Update driver.

If Update fails, you should go to computer manufacturer's website and download driver from there and install.
