ongoing Driver Power State Failure

Hi,

My PC showed a blue screen (because of Driver Power State Failure) and it restarted. Then after 2-5 minutes it froze, showed the blue screen and that was a never-ending cycle. I updated some of the drivers and then it seemed to work perfectly fine.

Now (after a week) it started again. My PC shows that next drives are problematic (or have the little yellow triangle with an exclamation mark inside):

Monitors -> Generic PnP Monitor

Sensors -> HID Sensor Collection V2

Software devices -> Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth

Sound, Video and game controllers -> Intel (R) Display Audio

Sound, Video and game controllers -> Realtek High Definition Audio

but when I try to update those drivers Windows says that I already have the best driver available.

What can I do to fix this problem?

    Hi,

    We need log files(called dump files) that tell us what lead to crash.

    Please share them with us for a better analysis of the problem. Instructions can be found here:

    Please let us know if you need any assistance about posting dump files.

    To know what exactly is causing the crashes, I need to analyze minidumps generated by crashes with WinDBG. WinDBG is the only tool which can do end to end complete analysis of ..dmp files generated by BSOD (Blue screen of death).

    Go to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Zip the contents of the folder corresponding to date and time of your crashes.

    Upload the content to Onedrive or any other file sharing site for me to locate the problem

    If you need help to generate Minidump - http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...
