safe mode password

Question

im unable to restart windows 10 to normal mode. im stuck on entering safe mode since its asking for password. ive used the password and pin and both come up incorrect. ive tried all options possible but each leads to the password stage and incorrect as usual. can i get help on this matter. i appreciate it.

Try these steps:

1. Start your Windows 10 machine, and quickly shut it down before it reaches or if it is at boot screen. Do this two times repeatedly.
2. On the third time, Windows 10 will automatically display 'Your PC couldn't start properly' message. Now press Esc key for recovery options.
3. Then under Choose an option screen, click Troubleshoot option and now click Advanced options.
4. Under Advanced options screen, click Command Prompt.
5. In Command Prompt, type bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot and press Enter key.

Restart your PC. When you reach the sign-in screen, hold the Shift key and select the Power button, and then select Restart.

After your PC restarts, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options >Startup settings > Restart. After your PC restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with networking.

In case the problem is with Microsoft account, then you can reset the password using another computer which is connected to the network. On another computer, go https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx

to reset Microsoft account Password. Ensure to put same Email address which you see on the login screen, which resetting it.

thanks but im unable to even go into safe with or without network. everything ask for the password and when i enter i get invalid.
