RDP Timeout Issues

Hello,

We're having some users say that when they're remoting in from home that they are consistently being booted off every half hour or so. Looking into it more, it is true, I found some logs in event viewer saying just that.

Event ID: 303 - TerminalServices-Gateway

The user _______ on client computer _______ disconnected from the following network resource ________. Before the user disconnected the client transferred ______ bytes and recieved _______ bytes. The client session duration was 1821 seconds. Connection protocol used: HTTP

It seems to happen primarily to a single user, however, another states this has happened to them also. I've seen other logs of people logged in for 5000-9000 seconds; the user in question though, it always booted off after 1821 seconds.

I've been looking through some GPOs that the previous IT made, but have yet to see any GPO settings for RDP timeout.

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction where I should be looking

Thanks!
