How long does it take to sync two computers?

I have logged in to my two Windows 10 computers with the Microsoft Account and syncing has been enabled on both pc's.

How long does it take to sync the computers?  It has been 15 minutes and they are not synced yet.

    Nobody knows what you're trying to sync. It might take 15 minutes, 15 seconds or 15 hours.

    Hi MarkRC9999 ... Normally it takes 15 minutes but right now I know there are issues with Microsoft authentication servers.

    I can't get even get into Azure currently... they are having tech issues on their end.

    So I am going to suggest waiting another hour.
