EVERYTIME I TRY TO OPEN ADOBE OR OUTLOOK AM TOLD VCRUNTIME140.DLL MISSING REINSTALLING MIGHT SOLVE THE PROBLEM

    just found the solution tried to uninstall Microsoft Visual C ++ 2017 Redistributable both x64 and x32 but was given three options repair/uninstall/cancel, I chose repair first to see whether that would work and it successfully worked! I am able to open both outlook/word/power-point and even Adobe.

    All is well now thanks for all the advise.

    Hi Nureym,

    The file VCRUNTIME140.dll is part d the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015

    You should download that and install it to resolve these errors:

    Hi Nureyni

    It looks like there is a previous version installed, go to Programs and features and uninstall the previous version, then install the new version.

    Note: only uninstall the same version (2015)
