    Hi,

My name is Rogelio. I am an Independent Advisor. Thanks for contacting our support.

How to remove the watermark in the builds of Windows 10 Insider Preview

    Removing the watermark

Method 1 - Creating a new entry in the registry

One of the methods to remove the watermark is to create a new entry in the Windows registry. The process is not difficult but I would really stay with the second method, I am not in favor of touching the record a lot since it can be something delicate.

Press the Windows + R keys, type regedit and press OK

Then you go to the following route: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-> SOFTWARE-> Microsoft-> Windows NT-> CurrentVersion-> Windows

Then in the right part of the window you press the right mouse button, again and select DWORD Value (32-bit). Now you will have to enter a name to the new registry key, you have to call it DisplayNotRet

You can now close the registry editor. Finally reboot your PC so that the changes are applied in the system

    Hi Nishith

You seem to have signed up to the Insiders program in Windows, is that true?

If you are on the insiders ring, you are receiving preview builds of Windows 10 and the activation issue will arise form time to time, the usual fix is to upgrade to the next insiders build

If you did not intend to sign up to the insiders program, you will need to backup your data and clean install Windows 10 Home Single Language to get back to genuine Windows 10
