Cannot change network adapter properties

I use a laptop with Windows 10 image, it is Dell Precision and three network adapters. But I faced a problem with network adapter settings. I changed the settings and tried to save them but it resulted in an error. “An unexpected condition occurred. Not all of your requested changes in settings could be made”.

I tried to run Network reset but all adapters disappeared. So I uninstalled all network adapter drivers and did the scanning for hardware changes. The drivers came up but the adapters haven’t appeared.

How can I get the network adapters back?

Hi Marcel, check if all the updates are up-to-date through Windows Update https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402766...

Then try checking available drivers from Show hidden devices:

Click on Windows key+X buttons on your keyboard

Go to Device manager and expand it

Select Network adapter and click on the driver

Find the View tab and press Show hidden devices

Right click on the drivers shown in the list and click on Update driver

Find Search automatically for updated driver software and follow the instructions. A new driver will be downloaded and installed automatically

Restart your PC

You might want to refer to the support article on updating drivers in Windows 10 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402844...
