Before we go further, I would like to confirm the following information with you:
- Can you ping the IP address 192.168.1.35 sucessfully?
- What's the OS version of your Windows 10 client? 2004 or 20H2? Please patch your windows 10 OS with fully windows updates.
- Please check SMB client log on windows 10 and SMB server log on file server. Then see if there is something related for us to troubleshooting.
