Drivers problem

Hello and happy new year.

I did a format and re-installed windows (10 pro 64bit). I downloaded the drivers from the manufacturer, 2 of them are installed, but the devices don't work and in device manager they are with exclamation point. The devices are "Broadcom 802.11ac WDI SDIO adapter" and "bcmfn2 device". Bluetooth and wifi are the same board (built in). The pc is ACEPC T11. They don't. It seems like windows doesn't let them operate. The drivers are correct.

What can I do?

    Hello.

I tried the steps the article said, the drivers are installed but the devices doesn't work. Same as before.

Reading the following case I am more sure that it is coming from windows:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-10-1803-update-totally-crippled-pc/c4c8c319-1897-4b5c-8ee6-68e96191eaf5

Same problems as described in his/her question. same device ids.

I think that the only thing I can do is hope for a windows update to solve the problem windows create.

One more problem after updates, that doesn't bother me so much, is that the pc won't shut down.

Hi Kataigida, thanks for your question. I'm Graeme, a Microsoft Community expert and fellow user.

In Device Manager, see what happens if you right-click the device with the exclamation point and click Uninstall, then Scan for Hardware Changes in the menu above.

Or, try uninstalling the device, then installing the drivers from the manufacturer that you've download.

Let me know how you go!

Open device manager > click view > show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device:

To fix these follow the steps in these links:

Hello and thank you for your reply. I already tried all that many times, even tried all driver Microsoft gives on her page for 8011ac... I had the similar problem with the Bluetooth, it was unknown device, but driverpack took care of it!
