When I move a window it automatically snaps to full size, I've tried everything turning off all the snap feature in ease of use and all the other methods found on the net no matter what I do as soon as I move a window it snap to full size, whoever thought this was a smart default should be fired. We're not children stop doing things for us that we don't want I can maximize or minimize a window as needed i don't need Microsoft's help by snapping. Stupid stupid stupid.

Turned out to have nothing to do with Microsoft, it was the Dell Display Manager defaulting to the most stupid default the developer could of made it. All I had to do is turn it off and now it works like windows have always worked for the last hundreds of years :)  why you would make any product default any other way is just nuts.

I ran all the CMD commands that you asked I had to run it 3 times until I got a clean scan.

But unfortunately it still has stop my minimized windows from becoming maximized. I turned everything off in the multitasking screen but when I try to turn off prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge it turns itself back on no matter how many time I hit apply and OK.

    This works for me:

Start > Settings > System > Multitasking > Snap > When I snap a window, automatically size it to fill available space > Off

Also: Don't double-click on the title bar.

BulldogXX's suggestion should work for you. But in case, it doesn't work, your Windows installation may need a repair.

Please try these options one by one and check after each option.

    1. Run SFC Scan & DISM

    1. I would recommend that you perform a Windows 10 repair upgrade. Repair upgrade fixes all Windows errors and retains all files, applications and settings. (You will not lose any data while backup is a good idea) Below is a good guide to perform repair upgrade
