I have a problem, I have installed the latest version of Java, but when I go to cmd and I get java-version throw me java-version it is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
I have the same question, I need to install JRE 1.7 or later for an Android application that requires a Java JRE. Do I need to install JRE 1.7 because I already have Javas installed? If I need to download it? The application will not connect to the computer's array because it is installed on the phone and on the computer it is control android over pc in real time app.

Seems like the right directory isn’t added to your path. You may configure your environment variables, JAVA_HOME and PATH, to see if it works for you.
Make sure that JAVA_HOME contains the path to JAVA, add %JAVA_HOME%\bin to the PATH, and check the status of the issue.
**Note:**If you’ve an older version of jdk installed, you may want to uninstall it and check.
If the issue persists even after configuring the environment variables, I suggest you to post your query in the MSDN forums, so that you can discuss with other developers and research on the same.
