There is currently a preview feature in the Azure portal called AllowUpdateAddressSpaceInPeeredVnets but this feature stays stuck in pending if you try to register it. When will this feature be available? I do see another question here about this but the answer implied that the feature would be removed from the portal until it was actually ready for release.

They're displaying a feature not ready for customer consumption in the portal as if it is and the quarter has 2 weeks left in it. Can we expect to see this ready for customer consumption in those 2 weeks?

This is a pre-release feature that is not ready for customer consumption. This is a feature in development, and the changes are partially rolling out, but full feature support will come later this quarter.
