Microsoft Visual Basic

I am trying to run Bentley Microstation and I keep getting an error that says Microsoft Visual Basic : Class not registered. Looking for object with CLSID:{C62A69F0-16DC-11CE-9E98-00AA00574A4F}.

 Windows 10.

Thanks for your reply. We got it worked out. It seemed to not like the form from microstation ss4. Recreated it and it worked.
