"Developer licence has expired" message

Question

Hi everyone,

My husband recently did a system restore on my laptop and now I can't open the Microsoft Jigsaw app. I get the message "Developer Licence has Expired". My version of windows is 8.1 and I have looked online for a solution but I don't have the same screens /buttons/settings as they do, even though it says solution for 8.1. Even the Microsoft site doesn't show the same.

Any help gratefully received.
