I'll try again
Activation errors using digital license.
I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 when the free offer was first extended.
About a month ago I started receiving an activation error saying my windows 10 is not activated.
When clicking on the activate now link the settings window opens and the activation screen is blank.
The links are still there, if I scroll over the page with the cursor, but the links are not visible.
The troubleshoot page is also blank. Why can't Microsoft just post how to fix this problem?
This is really frustrating because I can't personalize my computer without activating first.
Clearly this is an update issue...something in one of the updates installed about a month or two ago caused this.
So now what?

2019-01-05T00:51:09+00:00 Hi booyah10
Sorry, your screenshot did not come through.
If you have your Windows 7 product key, I would follow the steps to contact support to see if they can help you reactivate it.

2019-01-05T00:42:04+00:00 Thanks for the quick response. It goes back to cmd prompt and the windows script host opens and reads
Software licensing service version 10.0.1734.471
Error: product key not found

Sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
Did you run the Activation Troubleshooter to see if it might help to resolve the problem?
Click Start > Settings > Update & security > Activation > Troubleshoot
If that does not help, please do the following:
Open Start, type: CMD
Right click CMD
Click Run as administrator
At the prompt, type: slmgr.vbs /dlv
Hit Enter
Take a screenshot of the resulting dialog then post in a reply here.
