Being old has nothing to do with it. If you don't understand what you're seeing and are unable to follow technical directions, all that means is that you're normal. Show your computer to someone who understands computers well and have them explain what you're seeing and show you how to fix it.
MY BROWSER IS GOOGLE.I HAVE FACEBOOK.I PLAY ZOO WORLD.IT POPS UP ON ALL OF THEM.IT DOES NOT SHOW UP ON MY DESK TOP.I HAVE TO CONTINUALLY RESTART MY COMPUTER. I'M AN OLD WOMAN AND DON'T UNDERSTAND ALL THIS STUFF.SORRY.

It depends on where you are seeing this popup. is that inside a web browser or on your Desktop. If that is in a browser, which browser are you using and is that happening on some websites or all websites?
