    I will try it again tomorrow morning in our office. The Problem is on one of our PC in the office.

    This might caused by Trend Micro OfficeScan Client.

    Did YOU turn off Trend Micro OfficeScan Client?

    That file VSApint.sys might be from Trend Micro OfficeScan Client.
