switch user button missing windows 10  how do I fix this?

windows key + L and ctrl alt delete do not fix this I have to log out before logging in to another account please fix.

    The task has completed. Warnings occurred for some attributes during this operation. It's okay to ignore the warning.

    See log %windir%\security\logs\scesrv.log for detail info.

    switch user is not here after rebooting hesitant to try  fix by other user
