Windows Server isn't saving user profile settings after logout

Alslam Alikum:

My problem is that the server doesn't save user profile settings after logging out,

I have windows server 2012 and gpo on it.

even when I logon the pc client I cant find the ou user folder on "c:\users".

The PC Client doesn't create folder for the ou Normal Users.

Thank you in advance.
