This can happen because it detects a printer or scanner, or you plugged in something else it's installing. I've been surprised by having a wireless printer installing in the background.
It should be managed at Settings > Devices where you can watch it's progress. If you want more information that isn't there, type Control Panel in Start Search, from icon View choose Devices & Printers, look for it there.
In either place if you don't want it installing you can click on it to Remove.
