Thanks for the help. Most of the sites were listed in 2014 and seem to be unavailable now. However "dotech caps lock-warning" does provide a useful screen warning. However, unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a site that provides a sound each time any key is hit when you have accidentally left Caps lock on. How do poor sighted people, who use a keyboard, cope?
KEYBOARD SOUNDS
I am a fairly fast two finger typist. I have to look at the keyboard to type, so I only look at the screen intermittently. Often I have typed in caps when I really wanted to type in lower case.
I know I can turn a sound on or off when I press CAPS LOCK but what I'd really liked is to hear a sound when I press any key to give me a warning that I have CAPS LOCK on. The discipline of pressing CAPS LOCK key on or off each time before I start typing doesn't work for me. I'd like any ,(every )key to make a sound when pressed to warn me that I've got CAPS LOCK on. Is this possible?

No there's no sound setting on any PC I've ever heard about to warn you whenever you type a letter with the Caps Lock on. But you can get a Caps Lock warning tone in Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard > Toggle Keys.
There are some caps lock warning apps here: https://www.makeuseof.com/answers/can-get-visua...
This one might work for giving you persistent audio and visual warnings: https://dottech.org/capslock-warning/
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
