Microsoft surface pro cannot boot to PXE

Hi,

I tried to boot Microsoft Surface by hold volume down button and Press and release the Power button to PXE boot but failed.

Tried to boot on BIOS also failed as it will redirect me to BIOS setting.

Kindly need your help to solve this issue.

    Hi Mark,

    Tried this method, It will reroute me to BIOS setting.

    Is it considered hardware failure?
