When I open up the task scheduler, I get the error popup shown below. I do not see any task with that number so how do I fix the problem?

2018-11-12T14:17:38+00:00 I have had this problem for quite a while and just getting around to tying to fix it. So I am sure that the restore points would have the same problem.

2018-11-12T14:09:57+00:00 You could try going back to a previous Windows point to repair.
1.- Open System Restore. Search for system restore in the Windows 10 Search box and select Create a restore point from the list of results.
2.- Enable System Restore.
3.- Restore your PC.
4.- Open Advanced start-up.
5.- Start System Restore in Safe Mode.
6.- Open Reset this PC.
7.- Reset Windows 10, but save your files.
8.- Reset this PC from Safe Mode.
