    Hi @Lyndon Cuizon ,

You can upgrade by using one of the following methods:
1.Run SQL Server 2019 (15.x) Setup and select the option to Upgrade from SQL Server 2008, SQL Server 2008 R2, SQL Server 2012 (11.x), or SQL Server 2014 (12.x).
2.Run setup.exe at the command prompt and specify the /ACTION=upgrade option. For more information, see the section, "Installation Scripts for Integration Services," in Install SQL Server 2016 from the Command Prompt.

Please refer to Upgrade Integration Services.

    Best regards,
    Mona
