Were there any recent updates on your system?
We receive this error if the device driver is not properly installed. In which case, we may have to manually install the driver through the ‘Device Manager’.
I would suggest you to check this thread on ‘How to: Install and Update Hardware Drivers in Windows 10’ by Andre Da Costa, dated January 20, 2016. Please follow the steps with respect to your ‘Focaltech’ touchpad driver and check if it works out for you.
