Error installing a program on windows 7 embedded

I can not install the Synthesis program on OS.The program is installed without problems in windows XP but when trying to install in windows 7 Embedded it presents the following message: an error occurred during the move data process: - 2147024891

file: C:\windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft.vc80.debugctr_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.42_x-ww_f75eb16c\: I suspect it is incompatibility problem. How should I proceed in this situation?
