CPU Allocation in hyper v

Hi

We have windows server 2012 R2 cluster.

We have each server sockets:2 , Cores:16 (8core\sockets) and its showing 32 logical processor in performance (task manager).

So How many virtual CPUs will I get for virtual machines ?

Windows for business Windows Client for IT Pros Storage high availability Virtualization and Hyper-V
Windows for business Windows Server Storage high availability Clustering and high availability
Windows for business Windows Server User experience Other

    Hi,

    A virtual machine’s vCPU count means the maximum number of threads that the VM can run at any given moment.

    Generally, it's recommended to set 8 vCPUs per 1 physical core. You may check the following artcile for detailed information about virtual CPU:
